Queue email for sending and database recording

POST

/businesses/{business_id}/email

Queues an email message for sending to specified recipients. The message will be:

Validated for existence if message_id is provided

Added to the email sending queue

Recorded in the database upon successful delivery
Supports both single and bulk message sending.
